Starling is a folk-pop band based in Portland, ME consisting of strings (Amarantos Quartet) and vocals (Sara Hallie Richardson). The band draws inspiration from lifelong idols Stevie Nicks, Joan of Arc, Joni Mitchell, and Anne of Green Gables.
